Growing Together

We see our growers as true partners. Expanding our support to meet your unique needs is what we do, so we proudly go beyond sales and distribution. As grower advocates, we’re driven to put our decades of experience to work for you in fresh, creative ways.

A tailored Approach

Finding the right solution is rarely one-size-fits-all. Here’s how we tailor our approach to make the most of our partnership.

Crop Planning

The organic produce marketplace is constantly changing, and it’s crucial to pick the right crops and plant the right volumes for a sustainable return. We respect your risks and are committed to providing smart market guidance while creatively partnering with you to introduce new crops and products. Our flexible planning approach meets a variety of grower needs—whether it’s a simple forecasting to kick off the season or collaborating on detailed crop plans.

Packing

Our skilled in-house production team is ready to customize your harvest to fit a wide range of customer needs, including pack sizes, private branding and label options – and our automated packing services can easily scale up to meet your needs. Having access to custom packing resources at a distribution point is a smart, effective way to seize real-time sales opportunities across a wide range of products.

Custom & Sustainable Packaging Supplies

Packaging orders can take a lot of time and tie up capital and storage space for growers. That’s why we use our bulk purchasing, storage and logistics capabilities to make sure our growers have a wide selection of packaging materials—from bins and UPCs to hang-tags and more. Plus, we’re dedicated to creating convenient and sustainable packaging solutions for growers of all sizes through our in-house label, Ladybug Brand®, reducing plastic and cutting waste whenever possible.

Organic Trade Advocacy

As a leader in the organic trade, we take our mission to grow the organic agriculture movement seriously. We see our role as more than just transporting and brokering produce; we approach the produce industry holistically and actively represent the unique needs of organic growers at both state and national levels. If there's a way OGC can help influence policy to improve and support your work, we want to hear from you.
