Ladybug Brand Farm to School Apples

These Apples Do More Than Taste Good!

Packed in bright, convenient 3-pound bags, Ladybug Brand Farm to School Organic Apples aren’t just a smart lunchbox pick or an easy snack—they’re apples that give back.

Through this unique give-back program, every bag sold helps fund real-world, hands-on education for kids. From farm field trips and school gardens to classroom cooking and cafeteria tastings, these experiences help students build a lifelong connection to healthy food, organic farming and the environment.

Thanks to the generosity of OGC customers and their communities, this program raised over $60,000 in 2024 to support these powerful learning experiences.

How It Works

OGC sources fresh, organic Fuji apples from Northwest growers and packs them in 3 lb. bags, sold to participating retailers at market pricing. Stores then donate at least 75% of their profits from the sale of these apples to a regional nonprofit focused on farm to school or environmental education in their community.

 Who Benefits?

  • Kids gain access to engaging programs that spark curiosity about food, farming and health.

  • Local nonprofits receive vital funding to support youth-focused education programs.

  • Retailers get a creative, turnkey way to give back—and a compelling story to share with shoppers, building customer loyalty and repeat sales.

Now shipping in 12x3 lb. cases of fresh, new-crop Northwest Fuji apples, Ladybug Farm to School Apples are a simple way to offer good food with a big impact.  Whether you're new to the program or a longtime participant, it’s the perfect time to stock up and share the story behind these purpose-packed apples.
